Micro Selling is an organisation which conducts Mystery Shopping visits on New Homes Consultants, Land Sales Consultants and Apartment Sales Consultants and then reports its findings to its clients. This can be done on their own consultants and/or on their opposition.

Micro Selling specialises in the New Homes, Land Sales and Apartment Sales industry.  We have also Mystery Shopped Retirement Village Sales Consultants.

Micro Selling does not Mystery Shop retail outlets.

Micro Selling has concentrated all its efforts in the New Homes, Land Sales and Apartment Sales industry so we can give our clients the best understanding of the service provided by their consultants.

Micro Selling provides intensive analysis of the sales staff to determine whether consultants are trying to ascertain what their visitor’s situation is and what is going to motivate them to buy from them.  Our priority is to discover if consultants are implementing questioning aimed at discovering needs and establishing motivating factors to buy.

Micro Selling’s aim is to achieve the following:

  1. Provide employers with an insight into how effective their sales staff are in maximising opportunities to gain new business and
  2. Assist consultants in understanding what is required to take advantage of all new business opportunities and to be successful sales consultants.

Micro Selling can assist you in your Sales Training. After we have finished a campaign we can outline to you what your consultants are continuously getting right and what they are repeatedly failing to do.  You can then focus your sales training on correcting what your consultants are failing to do.
