" We are a Mystery Shopping Research Company. Our clients want to know if their sales team are making the most of all opportunities to acquire new business.

If you are successful in being selected to work with us you will be joining a small team of shoppers who specialise in evaluating customer service standards in the New Home Sales, Land Sales and Apartment Sales industry. We have also shopped Retirement Village Sales Consultants and luxury Cal Sales Consultants. We have high standards and maintain a select group of shoppers in each state to ensure that those standards are maintained across all assignments and clients.

We report on the sales consultant's presentation of themselves and their place of business, presentation of their product, customer service abilities and generally their capabilities to assess and meet your needs.

We are a rapidly expanding business and require shoppers across metropolitan and regional areas of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia & A.C.T. to complete our surveys so we can present them to our clients. We have both weekday & weekend assignments so any one wanting to supplement their part time/full time income can register with us.

Applicants should ideally have experience in mystery shopping, and / or sales/customer service. Experience in the new homes/real estate industry would be a plus. You will also need to be familiar with excel and have email available to you. It is crucial that you are reliable and respond to any queries promptly. As most of our communication is via email it is imperative to the success of our relationship that you respond quickly to our queries so we can meet the deadlines we have set with our clients. Being able to articulate your experience, be reliable, follow instructions and be prompt with responses from editors are the most important attributes our shoppers require.

We offer excellent remuneration, flexible schedules and family friendly employment. Our shoppers enjoy their work. They are out and about, meeting new people, looking at different homes/apartments/estates, setting their own timetable around their commitments and sometimes sharing the experience with the family. The whole family can participate and get paid for their observations.

Shoppers who consistently show they can produce reports of a high standard will be considered for editing duties where they can edit reports from other shoppers in their own home.

To be a successful Micro Selling Mystery Shopper you need to tick the following:

  • You are able to articulate your experience
  • You are able to follow specific instructions
  • You are truthful
  • You are able to be prompt answering queries from Editors/Micro Selling via email.
  • You can be relied upon
  • You can meet deadlines set
  • You have home access to email
  • You have home access and knowledge of excel

You also need to understand the following:

  • Mystery Shopping requires you to enter premises and pose as a genuine buyer without being suspected by staff

  • You must remain professional at all times and behave in an appropriate manner

  • You are aware that this is not a permanent position. Regular work is not guaranteed although every effort is made to offer you assignments in your area.

  • You are aware that payment is only made to you when you have completed a report and it is approved by our editors.

  • Failure to follow guidelines and instructions and/or if the information is found to be inaccurate it could result in non payment to you.

  • You understand that you will receive advice via email when an assignment is available in your state and that it is up to you to advise via return email whether you are available to participate.

  • You understand that this role does not provide reimbursement for travel expenses, parking expenses or any other expenses that may be incurred unless outlined in the assignment details.

  • You understand that this role does not provide superannuation or insurance benefits.

  • You will advise as soon as it becomes apparent that you cannot complete an assignment within the time frame given and, as much as possible, that it will give us an appropriate time to reassign your visit.

  • Your details will not be passed on to any other organisation.

  • You may receive a text message on your mobile phone from us alerting you to an email sent to you about an upcoming assignment or to asking you to answer queries emailed to you by our editors.
