"Over the last year our company had the opportunity to use the services of Micro Selling. The company conducted a mystery survey of our Display Homes and the Staff in each Display Centre.

This proved to be an honest and at length overview of our Display presentation, and the first impression of the team representing the company in our centres.

We then looked at our team’s performance in accordance with the independent opinion.
In some cases those that had presented well and could pass most of the criteria, had performed worst in terms of sales results. Some less polished consultants that did not make the cut in terms of the presentation criteria had performed well in terms of Sales contributions.

We as a company had an arm’s length look at the overall picture and acted as we saw suitable.

The whole exercise proved to be worthwhile. Micro Selling performed their part of the program in a very professional manner. The feedback was presented to myself in a formal report for each consultant. A final summary was also presented to management. It was our company’s decision on how we handled the internal follow up.
